About Tracey Mofidi
In 2011, I graduated with a MS in Psychology, clinical emphasis, from Eastern Washington University. I also hold a BA in Psychology from California Polytechnic University. I am a Licensed Psychologist in Australia (currently non-practicing status) where I lived for a few years. I’m originally from Southern California but the PNW is my home.
I’ve been married to my partner for 35 years (together for 41 years). We have 3 adult children. I love cats (well, all furry animals).
Education
I specialize in guiding my clients through healing from past trauma and recognizing patterns of coping including avoiding, compulsive, aggressive, and controlling behaviors. Our work will focus on turning doubt and pain into acceptance and self-love so that you can become the person you are meant to be.
My approach is eclectic and I incorporate multiple therapy models depending upon client need. I utilize a Developmental Model. I also use EMDR for treating trauma (ongoing and acute distress), PTSD, panic attacks, complicated grief, disturbing memories, stress reduction, and abuse—sexual, physical, emotional, and spiritual.
