Hello and Welcome

I believe individuals and couples seek therapy to resolve challenging life events, painful relationships, and suffering. Because of this, I feel deeply privileged that my clients welcome me into this conversation. It is my goal to help you accept your pain and lead you to become more intimate with yourself and others. My practice aims to help my clients find authenticity and learn healthy coping behaviors to balance life's joy and suffering. I am collaborative, empathic and driven. I believe in utilizing client strengths and internal wisdom to help them create the life they want to live.

THERAPEUTIC STYLE & SPECIALTIES

I specialize in guiding my clients through healing from past trauma and recognizing patterns of coping including avoiding, compulsive, aggressive, and controlling behaviors. Our work will focus on turning doubt and pain into acceptance and self-love so that you can become the person you are meant to be.

My approach is eclectic and I incorporate multiple therapy models depending upon client need. I utilize a Developmental Model. I also use EMDR for treating trauma (ongoing and acute distress), PTSD, panic attacks, complicated grief, disturbing memories, stress reduction, and abuse—sexual, physical, emotional, and spiritual.

types OF CLIENTS I SERVE

I work with individuals and couples ages 22 and up, specializing in claiming your identity and related self-esteem, depression, anxiety, and relationship challenges.
