Tracey Mofidi, MS, LMHC

Welcome! It is my goal to help you accept your pain and lead you to become more intimate with yourself and others. My practice aims to help you find authenticity and learn healthy coping behaviors to balance life's joy and suffering. I am collaborative, empathic and dedicated to help you make the most of our time together. My style is interactive, meaning I will listen, respond, ask questions, and suggest new skills and coping strategies. I believe in utilizing client strengths and internal wisdom to help you create the life you want to live. I work with individuals and couples ages 22 and up, specializing in trauma, claiming your identity and related depression, anxiety, and relationship challenges. My approach is eclectic and I incorporate multiple therapy models depending upon client need. I utilize the following models: Internal Family Systems, Attachment Theory, Somatic Experiencing, EMDR, and Compassion Focused Therapy.

I have a strong commitment to integrating social justice and anti-oppression focus into psychotherapy.
I invite you to bring the impacts of racism, sexism, classism, able-sim, homophobia, transphobia, and other experiences of oppression into the therapy session.
